ARR Dashboard Scope

This route is the dedicated ARR analysis page. The shared period selector above will control all ARR trend widgets together, while current-state widgets remain point-in-time snapshots.

Shared reporting hierarchy: Region -> Country -> Parent Group -> Billing Company -> Site

Hierarchy

  • Region: Top-level business reporting territory used for dashboard rollups and filtering.
  • Country: Country-level reporting view sourced from the customer site's reporting country.
  • Parent Group: Commercial parent customer grouping used in dashboard drilldown and rankings.
  • Billing Company: Legal billing entity used beneath parent group in the shared hierarchy.
  • Site: Lowest reporting level representing the individual customer site.

Business Regions

  • ASIA: Covers the Asian reporting territory, including India, Nepal, and Sri Lanka.
  • EMEA: Covers Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Indian Ocean islands such as Madagascar, Seychelles, and Mauritius.
  • CA: Covers CA, including Mexico.
  • NAC: Includes the United States, Canada, and Caribbean countries and islands.
  • LATAM: Includes South America only, with CA reported separately.

Metric Behavior Rules

  • Monthly Net ARR Movement: Trend metric. Rolling-period trend metric controlled by the shared dashboard period selector.
  • Monthly Net ARR Movement by Region: Trend metric. Rolling-period regional trend metric controlled by the shared dashboard period selector.
  • ARR by Region: Snapshot metric. Current-state ARR snapshot at the selected point in time, not a summed period value.
  • ARR by Country: Snapshot metric. Current-state country ranking based on present ARR, not a rolling total.
  • ARR by Billing Company: Snapshot metric. Current-state billing company split using present ARR values.
  • Top 10 Sites by ARR: Snapshot metric. Current-state top-site ranking based on present ARR values.
